The 20th Annual Susan G. Komen Hawaii Race for the Cure Walk is, once again, one of the most important Honolulu Events taking place this year near Ambassador Hotel – A Honolulu Hotel. Up to 75% of the funds raised in Hawaii’s Race for the Cure Walk stay on the Islands to support local programs through educational outreach and Community Grants. Up to 25% of the funds raised go to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Grants program, which supports groundbreaking cancer research. The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Run Walk is a huge event – and it will likely see 7,500 participants. The main goal of the Walk Run is heightening awareness and educating people about breast health.
